一、除塵器主要部件的功能：
首先：振動電機、它是一種常偏心振子的三相電機當電機運行時偏心振子產(chǎn)生離心力，振動機整體振動；其振動力大小可調(diào)整偏心振子。
其次，濾芯是本除塵器的*基本件，是除塵器精度和壽命的關(guān)鍵，其主要在于濾布的質(zhì)量及使用方法。
*后，振動盤是和振動電機一起完成清理工作的主要組成，它所產(chǎn)生的效果直接影響濾芯的清理成度。

二、除塵器使用方法：
1、每次動轉(zhuǎn)水泥倉上料時進氣壓力不準超過0.1-0.15（MPa）否則壓力過高會將濾芯折彎，水泥倉一定要安裝料位計，防止灰滿時將濾芯折彎。水泥倉上料完畢后，啟動振動電機除塵。電機振動5-6分鐘關(guān)閉，時間允許*好振動除塵30分鐘關(guān)閉。
2、每兩到三個月時間，將濾芯取下，使用干燥壓力空氣將濾芯反吹，清理，提高濾芯的過濾能力。
3、一般在除塵器出廠前都做了彈簧的振動調(diào)整，每次拆裝時一定要保證予緊力。
