恒盛防爆冷水機(jī)組是恒盛公司生產(chǎn)的特種冷水機(jī)組,主要應(yīng)用與易燃易爆等特種場(chǎng)所,設(shè)備的功率從0.5KW-500KW不等?？砂纯蛻?hù)要求定做。
冷水機(jī)組各組件均按國(guó)家防爆標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造。防爆防腐主令控制器根據(jù)GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備通用要求》。LEC防爆等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按國(guó)家要求的環(huán)境防爆標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì),能夠滿(mǎn)足不同客戶(hù)的特殊要求。
性能特點(diǎn):
恒盛防爆機(jī)組使用高品質(zhì)的進(jìn)口全封閉渦旋或半封閉雙螺桿壓縮機(jī),其運(yùn)行部件僅為往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī)的1/10,振動(dòng)為往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī)的1/5,不用基礎(chǔ)固定。故障率僅為往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī)的1/10,加上###品牌的控制器件,保證機(jī)組可以長(zhǎng)期安全穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行。
恒盛防爆機(jī)組提供從制冷劑系統(tǒng),電系統(tǒng)到水系統(tǒng)的完備保護(hù),完全保證機(jī)組安全正常地運(yùn)行。壓縮機(jī)電機(jī)過(guò)熱、過(guò)電流、相序異常油位過(guò)低、低壓、高壓等保護(hù),機(jī)組采用先進(jìn)的PLC控制技術(shù),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了“一鍵開(kāi)機(jī)”和全自動(dòng)運(yùn)行。無(wú)需人工干預(yù)。
